Job Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for seamless customer onboarding journey creation
2. Extend operational support to sales team members
3. Ensure compliance to regulatory aspects
4. Monitor service level agreement governance
5. Drive automated solutions and simplification of processes
6. Responsible for sharing process improvement insights
7. Design and develop methodologies to improve customer experience
8. Monitor recurring concerns while customer onboarding and devise
methodology to address the same
9. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding
experience
