The Manager - PACE Program provides overall leadership and management for the day to day operations at the Elderplace Beaverton site. Responsible for the general milieu of the site including the day center, medical care and services, clinic operations, dining experience, food service operations, reception and administrative support to interdisciplinary teams and functions. This position also ensures the clinic has administrative support for processing orders and supply management. The Manager is responsible for daily facility operations, including staff oversight, development/implementation/maintenance of workflows and onsite trouble shooting. The Manager is also responsible for community outreach, representation, and relationships in the Elderplace geographical location, as well as with all key community partners.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educ/experience Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check may be required for this position based upon the location of the position. Fingerprinting may be required also. (for Elderplace Housing) 6 years Job related experience 4 years Leadership experience
