Aon is currently recruiting a Manager or above to join our Claims team in Taipei, Taiwan. Role Overview: Applies company policies and procedures to deliver varied technical and professional activities and to resolve issues that are generally similar in nature. Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where established practices, procedures and precedents guide the work. Follows procedures and investigates issues and problem solves. Engages with more complex clients. Key Responsibilities: Supports claim negotiation and settlement on more complex claims. Communication and management of the client expectation Build client relationship in tandem with Account Executive / Client Director Support carrier meeting for specific claim Identify and report of contract drafting problems and errors Support claims data analysis and reporting Quality control of claims information Client Ownership Prioritizes work according to the needs and satisfaction of the client Asks questions of team members to improve understanding of clients’ needs Stays up to date on client information, including client’s internal structure and changes affecting Aon work Provides timely response to requests while independently delivering outstanding work product Operational Excellence Provide simple, quality client solutions; follows established processes Understands basic business and financial concepts and their impact on our business Acquires and uses knowledge of relevant technology and processes Estimates time needed to perform assignments and prioritizes accordingly; communicates progress Skills and experience that will lead to success Negotiations skills Project management and administration Administrative support of process and systems with claims experience beneficial Technology skills to include high proficiency in project applications Understanding of claims process and insurance industry How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
