Aon is currently recruiting a Manager/Senior Manager to join our Facultative Reinsurance team in Taipei, Taiwan. Role Overview: Working on assignments, with a primary focus on facultative reinsurance solutions. Contributing to the success through strategic growth and support new opportunities. Growing network within re/insurance industry. Communicating and negotiating effectively with reinsurers to secure optimal terms and support. Managing queries from clients/ reinsurers and respond in timely manner. Supporting assigned projects or tasks. Coordinating with reinsurers and brokers on claims submissions and monitoring claims developments to ensure timely and accurate settlements. Skills and experience that will lead to success 5+ years of relevant experience generally. Proficiency in English and Mandarin. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively. Detailed minded, proactive, accurate and well organized.
