Position Summary
The position supports governance assurance towards Functions/ Departments in accordance with the GEG Governance Framework. The role plays a professional role to assist in design, execution, maintenance, and reinforcement across governance process and documents.
Primary Responsibility Help enhance governance framework, rules, guidelines, procedures, etc. Conduct quality assurance on governance documents Participate and support change/ project management Assist in production of quality presentation materials Perform continuous process improvement and documentation Handle stakeholder communication, engagement and relations Perform other duties as assigned Requirements University graduates or equivalent 5 years’ experience in business process / quality assurance Understanding of integrated resort operations (Gaming and Non-Gaming operations) is a plus Sound communication and presentation skills Problem solving mindset and attention to details Upholding high standard of integrity and governance Ability to facilitate workshops Be passionate and create an environment for commitment Self- motivated, proactive and keen to create a successful and dynamic matrix team
