More detailed process Mapping to capture all country deviations and specifics. To gage this exception versus new deployments, changes etc. and understand the impact.

Responsibilities
• Process Owner should lead the SOP review and contribute to increase the Quality of the content of our documentation
• Design and periodically review and update LTO / PKT question bank (working together with In House PO)
• Ensure availability and regular update of training materials covering process and systems;
• More detailed process Mapping to capture all country deviations and specifics. To gage this exception versus new deployments, changes etc. and understand the impact.
• Address systematic issues on processes that lead to decreased performance (e.g. Claims) due to current process design, metrics etc
• Monitor Overall Process Quality through the management of End-to-End Metrics for their respective processes.
• Identify and Manage process risks through a dedicated framework and tracking system that the process owner needs to define.
• To drive Process Standardization by clearly laying out the subsidiary specific deviations and create a core process model design.
• Evaluate the process related changes requested by the subsidiary if they are necessary, estimate the impact and address together with the Inhouse Process owner.
• To drive the Transformation Agenda in order to deliver efficiency related targets. Monitor ongoing Solutions (e.g., RPA) in terms of efficiency and relevance.
• To understand IT landscape and to evaluate risks and dependencies of the deployment of projects.
• Support Transitions with regards to analyses being performed on scope both in terms of size as well as risk of taking the activity over together with the Inhouse Process Owner
• To monitor and manage the transfer rate and tracking of reasons leading to a specific transfer rate. To discuss this on an ongoing basis with the subsidiaries.
• Provide training to new joiners or on process / system updates

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Written and verbal proficiency in English, min B2
• Experience developing a team or Accounts Receivable Team Lead experience in multinational environment
• Experience of motivating managing team of professionals to deliver to consistently high standards
• Shown ability to drive team performance with a focus on metrics and Flexible approach with a team spirit
• Good understanding of accounting practices
• Experience of effective management of under-performance
• Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges
• Effective interpersonal skills and highly professional style when dealing with business clients
• Comfortable delivering against quantitative and qualitative performance metrics
• Compliance controllership attitude
• Numerate with a good eye for detail
• Proficient IT skills including Excel and Outlook
Preferred qualifications
• Experience leading activity migration projects of advantage
• Additional European languages (other than Hungarian)
• Knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle)
