Position purpose:
AZ is building the PSP program to bring patients better journey experience. This role will be responsible for executing this innovative solution and contribute to explore new ways for enabling patients to access to the service smoothly to improve patient journey experience.

Key working relationships
Internal: Marketing, Compliance, Medical, Legal, Finance, DCI & CSE etc.
External: HCPs/Nurses, 3rd parties, eco-system partners, etc.
Role responsibilities:
Responsible for execution the PSP program in a disciplined manner and deliver the results against expectation.Deliver the training and introduction on the program to internal/external stakeholders.Coordinating with internal/external stakeholders to implement appropriate programs (such as patient education program…) based on patients’ needs to improve patient journey experience.Leverage regional eco-system partner resources to seek collaboration to meet the regional healthcare priorities, especially on digital patient interaction channels and the establishment of corporate PSP system, while building a comprehensive and unified patient support systemCoordinate the regional internal communication to report key findings and get alignment to further improve the PSP program’s impactContribute to the compliance working model establishment for the PSP program based on the compliance requirementsRole responsibilities:

Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is required; background in pharmaceutical, healthcare industry is preferred.Relevant background in Oncology (with Breast Cancer experience is preferred) or Rare Disease is highly preferred.5 years commercial experience in healthcare industry, better in patient advocacy/ engagement and stakeholder relationship management (e.g., patients, patient groups, provider organizations), innovation or project operation division.
