Manager Patient Financial Services - PSMC Patient Accounting

The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for protecting the interests of Providence Seward Medical Center and Providence Seward Mountain Haven through planning, coordinating and directly supervising the activities of charge capture, revenue integrity, coding, billing, credit and collections; patient accounts and accounts receivable; admissions and financial assistance processes,  in accordance with Providence philosophy, objectives, policies, procedures and standards.  Fosters change and teamwork to ensure constructive relationships and growth, while maintaining a positive and professional image when interacting with patients, their families, physicians, employees and the general public.

This is a Full-time, 1.0 FTE, 8-hr Day shifts; and 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting or equivalent educ/experience 3 years of Progressive management experience in Revenue Cycle or Revenue Integrity. 2 years of Supervisor experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree
