Sodexo is seeking a Manager - Patient Meal Service at St Mary's Hospital in Richmond Heights, MO. This food service leader will supervise the patient feeding operations for the medical center. This food service manager will help lead a team of frontline staff and supervisors and will work closely with nurses and patients to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations.  

 

This position offers a competitive salary that is negotiable and a $2,500 sign on bonus! Full benefits package kicks in immediately. 

 

The successful candidate will: 

lead the daily operations of patient room service dining programsupervise frontline team and supervisorscoordinate department safety and sanitationengage with employees and promote an inclusive culture participate in rounding with patients and nurses to promote and improve patient satisfaction

 

We are looking for candidates who have:

management or supervisory experience in the food service industry experience leading a team in a kitchen environment and enforcing safety & sanitation protocols natural ability to lead and build teams and foster engagement
