Manager Patient Safety RN - QUALITY CARE MGT, Kadlec Regional Medical Center, Richland, WA
This position is responsible for the leadership, development and oversight of the Patient Safety Strategy and Program. Continuously evaluates and improves service area programs based on internal needs and external requirements and standards. This includes overseeing ongoing activities including identifying, analyzing, monitoring, and mitigating incidents and unanticipated events that have the potential to jeopardize the delivery of safe patient care. Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration/Business, or other relevant field Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License 4 years Healthcare experience 5 years Registered nurse experience 3 years Project supervision or project lead experience 2 years Patient Safety ExperiencePreferred qualifications:
