Manager People Culture Kallo Inc KALOOTC US improves the quality and efficiency of care by providing centralized congruent solutions that address healthcare and business issues for Ministries of Health hospitals physicians other healthcare organizations Our technology suite transforms healthcare delivery via rural healthcare disease management clinical globalization and oHealth solutions Specialties MobileCare RuralCare Hospital Information Systems Telehealth Systems Pharmacy Information Disaster Management Air and Surface Patient Transportation Systems Clinical Training Position Overview The Manager People Culture will help design implement and administer innovative industry leading HR programs policies and practices You will be a key contributor as Kallo builds a world class organization team and culture With a diverse HR background you will assume a wide range of responsibilities including HR Programs Policies HR Administration Compensation Benefits program management and Recruiting Accountabilities Conduct industry and best practice research recommend and implement innovative HR programs Design and implement HR Orientation and Onboarding process and enhance as needed Responsible for assisting Director People Culture with compensation and benefits benchmarking and recruiting and retention strategies Supports all Kallo initiatives designed to maximize employee satisfaction and build and reinforce the company culture Works with Director People Culture to proactively identify people implications of these initiatives and recommend solutions Develop and administer Kallo Learning programs according to skills gaps identified during hiring process Deliver training on Kallo programs to Managers and employees Assist with Recruiting top talent for key positions at Kallo Deliver training on Kallo programs to Managers and employees Design and administer annual Kallo Employee Pulse Survey Source and manage relationships with external Learning vendors Key Deliverables during First 12 to 24 Months Complete Benefits Plan review and assessment and submit proposal for amendments Update existing HR policies and introduce new ones as required Complete HRIS assessment and assist with selection and implementation Develop implement and maintain HR Intranet Implement Performance Management program and train Managers Employees Qualifications and Requirements University degree and 5 years of diverse Human Resources experience International HR experience An enthusiastic team player you challenge the status quo and find solutions to problems Going the extra mile to exceed customers expectations is part of your DNA You get things done the right way and represent our brand with passion and pride Process discipline ability to prioritize effectively Strong leadership capabilities with a passion to develop people and to help others realize their true potential Collaboration skills demonstrated cross functionally Strong communications skills demonstrated written and oral presentations Influencing skills demonstrated with senior managers and other HR roles Demonstrated agility and flexibility demonstrated in managing multiple programs Strong business acumen experience and working knowledge of the business Vendor management experience in developing and managing contracts People management experience HR Information system knowledge including data integrity configuration reporting and testing Sound knowledge of HR and Payroll processes and compliance guidelines Kallo Inc has a diverse workforce and is an equal opportunity employer We appreciate all applications If you are among the most suitable for this position we will be in touch with you shortly Only those individuals selected for an interview will be contacted For more information on Kallo and ongoing business developments please visit us at wwwkalloincca Apply Now
