Manager - PI Technical Adoption Services (TAS)

**Dimensions**
This role is part of the AVEVA Adoption organization with high level of collaborations within the AVEVA Commercial organization and across AVEVA. This is a regional role for a given area to own team execution of our adoption offerings to help drive customer adoption and retention. The principal areas of responsibility are:
+ Delivery of post-sales PI Adoption Services as defined in customer EA and Customer FIRST agreements.
+ Close collaboration with local CSM and Account teams to understand customer needs and assist regional leads in the development of their larger teams.
+ Close collaboration with regional Technical Support managers to ensure capacity is available to meet local demand.
**Principal Responsibilities**
+ Align and locally execute the vision and strategy outlined by the technical adoption services leadership team. (TASLT)
+ Maintain a strong understanding of the local market and provide feedback to regional TASLT to help align with customers’ needs and demands.
+ Ensure all adoption service deliveries by team meet customer requirements and deliver high customer satisfaction.
+ Align and execute team development to help meet current and future customer needs.
+ Actively engage with customers to market our consulting services and adoption offerings.
+ Work with account teams and customers to scope, quote, and schedule our adoption services, education services, and other offerings.
+ Proactively engage team members and provide feedback to regional and global leadership on areas of improvement.
+ Mentor team members on industry, product, technology, and company and organization processes.
+ Handle all administrative duties related to managing the local team members.
+ Ensure team members work to meet KPI’s set by senior leadership. List to be finalized but examples are:
+ Churn, Retention, and Expansion
+ Utilization of Employees
+ Customer Satisfaction
+ Employee Satisfaction
+ Foster a culture reflective of AVEVA values and work to continuously improve customer outcomes and employee engagement.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or another technical field
+ 5+ yrs. experience with AVEVA PI System Technology
+ Proven presentation, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills and proven ability to communicate our value proposition.
+ Highly motivated and self-directed
+ Experience mentoring fellow team members on PI technology, customer service, service delivery, and company policies and procedures.
+ Ability to lead and work as part of a team to solve problems and share best practices.
+ Ability to set priorities and manage multiple team members.
+ Multilingual is an asset.
+ Ability to travel as required (20%)

**Hybrid working**
By default, employees are expected to be in their local AVEVA office three days a week, but some positions are fully office-based. Roles supporting particular customers or markets are sometimes remote.
