Manager - Platform Operations is responsible for developing social strategy and implementing executions for supporting the company's business growth. The candidate will work closely with respective marketing services and operations teams, including Mar-Comms, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Hotel and Revenue to develop social media and user operation strategy/tactics , and eventually drive awareness, new fans, engagement and product sales .
The candidate will lead the strategy planning in social platform, daily platform operation, social boost advertisement strategy and execution, social campaign planning and execution. and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to generate a smooth customer flow from online to offline as well as from awareness to conversion.
The candidate will be responsible for leading content creation for routine & campaign purpose, with robust operation + product + timeline, working directly with in house content development team on development and execution timelines, problem solving and quality assurance prior to launch. This role reports to AVP -DMS.
Primary Responsibility• Operate and maintain official social media accounts, included but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Plan the social media calendar, balance difference between stakeholders’ business & brand requirement and own social channel character.
• Lead agency and in-house producing team to development social content and design work daily.
• Monitor social engagements and any potential social listening or crisis.
• Take responsibility of monitoring the performance and quality, ensure meet weekly and monthly KPI.
• Do data analysis to improve performance and increase business conversion.
• Coordinate with internal partners and related business partners to develop qualified social content and promote business.
• Manager and implement social campaign and social channel advertising to maximize the banding publicity and commercial conversion.
• Support digital AVP on digital campaign and supportive social buzz.
• A minimum of 5 years of working experience in social media.
• Can develop social content in both Chinese and English.
• Good at copywriting or design or shooting.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Good interpersonal skills, open-ended and easy to approach.
• Good team worker, able to work under pressure and overtime.
• Relative industry working experience (hospitality, IR, F&B) is a bonus.
