Manager - PMO
**Job Summary** The Services PMO Manager will lead a team of Project Managers who lead customer-facing project engagements within the Services organization. The Manager will be responsible for all aspects of people management to ensure that we deliver an exceptional Customer experience across a portfolio of Services engagements. This position will report to the PMO Director of Services. Over 17,000 organizations worldwide rely on SHI’s concierge approach to help them solve what’s next. **But the heartbeat of SHI is our employees – all 6,000 of them.** If you join our team, you’ll enjoy: + Our commitment to diversity, as the largest minority- and woman-owned enterprise in the U.S. + Continuous professional growth and leadership opportunities. + Health, wellness, and financial benefits to offer peace of mind to you and your family. + World-class facilities and the technology you need to thrive – in our offices or yours. **Responsibilities** Include, but not limited to: + Oversight of a project portfolio across multiple solution practices that includes both SHI and partner-delivered service engagements, from project start to close + All aspects of people management, development, and performance management + Frequent and ongoing coaching and mentoring; promoting positivity and celebrating hard work + Creation of functional strategies and specific objectives for each team member to drive development + Identifying, developing, and implementing successful risk mitigation strategies across the portfolio + Monitoring day-to-day project management activities to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery with excellence + Serving as a point of escalation to resolve project issues and ensuring an agreeable outcome + Input to refine Pre-Sales statement of work scoping and sizing + Frequent cross-functional collaboration with business partners, creating a culture of trust and collaboration + Develop and implement best practices and processes in support of continuous improvement and automation + Activities that are required to facilitate timely and accurate billing, and escalation management + Development, management, and execution of training plans to facilitate onboarding + Participation in business strategy discussions, preparation, and execution of business reviews **Qualifications** + Minimum of 3 years of direct management experience leading in-person and/or virtual teams in a matrixed organization with competing priorities + Minimum of 5 years of Customer facing project management experience + Bachelor's or graduate-level degree OR relevant work experience + Knowledge of technology and services models  + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office **Required Skills** + Ability to lead and directly manage a team of Project Managers   + Strong written and oral communication skills + Strong interpersonal skills + Strong ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment + Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks + Ability to shift priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities + Strong leadership skills, management skills, and the ability to lead/motivate a team + Proactive mindset and Sales mentality   + Passion for technology & relationship-building  **Certifications Required** + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification **Unique Requirements** + Travel as needed, up to 10% **Additional Information** + The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $180,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
