**Your Responsibilities**
Join our team as Manager Port Cost Analytics and Operations, where you'll streamline processes, optimize port costs and enhance transparency!
+ Analyze port costs, port services and processes, identify saving potential and initiate the necessary measures for its achievement
+ Support the port cost budget planning process
+ Coordinate and conduct purchasing activities and contract negotiation with third party vendors and initiate the necessary measures for its achievement
+ Create and present reports and analysis to communicate to all relevant stakeholders and contribute to an efficient itinerary & port planning process
+ Support the berth reservation process for AIDA and Costa vessels in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
**Your Profile**
+ Bachelor´s degree or equivalent in Business, Business Administration and/or Purchasing & Logistic Management
+ At least 1,5 years of professional experience in the area of business administration, shipping or logistics, preferable in a cruise shipping company
+ Previous professional experience in finance, controlling or any related field. Experience in developing financial reports and presentations is mandatory
+ Junior leadership experience as well as excellent negotiation skills
+ Result driven personality with a proactive attitude towards tackling challenges and driving results, having excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
+ Very good English (English is our company’s official language)
+ Proficient computer skills (having excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint, previous experience in use of MXP is a plus)
