Job Purpose
顧客の需要に応じた生産および配送を実現するための購買業務を行うチーム(海外購買、国内購買)のマネージ。
NDLの輸出入業務を法令に則った業務をマネージする。
ビジネス部門とサプライチェーンの要件に沿った部材と製品に関わる在庫管理。
APAC/DCIメンバーとの在庫およびサプライチェーンプロセス、プロジェクトへの参画およびメンバーマネージメント。
Key Accountabilities
- 日々のオペレーションを改善するためのイニシアチブを取り、適宜マネージャーに報告する。
- 既存の海外・国内フォワーダーの管理。
- QCLDM評価による海外・国内サプライヤーの改善・最適化支援。
- 輸入部品の工場出荷から納入までのロジスティクスの最適化。
- S&OP会議を通じて、生産計画、カスタマーサービス、戦略購買、営業部門と連携し、海外及び国内サプライヤーへの発注業務を適切にコントロールする。
- 貿易コンプライアンスをサポートし、APACチームとすべての輸出入ビジネスを適切に遂行する。
- ビジネスニーズに基づき、マネージャーから指示されたその他のタスクや関連業務の遂行。
- 輸送中の商品、サプライヤーからの委託在庫を含む在庫と在庫回転率の管理。
- SLOB在庫を管理し、SLOB在庫を軽減するために各営業部門とSLOB会議を実施し、APACに報告する。
- 需要/供給を把握し、緊急納品等の問題を解決する。
- 業務プロセス改善のためのプロジェクトをリードする。
- ISO認証申請をリードする
Job Purpose
To take initiatives in managing both international and domestic purchasing team to support production and distribution center to satisfy customer demand.
To manage and maintain the NDL export/import business to comply all the required regulations.
To manage material and inventory planning activities to align with business & supply chain requirement.
To manage inventory and supply chain process, projects with APAC / DCI members
Key Accountabilities
Lead/take the initiatives to improve the daily operation and report to manager accordinglyManage the existing oversea and domestic forwarders.Support to improve and optimize the oversea and domestic suppliers through QCLDM evaluationOptimize the logistics of import components from ex-factory to deliveryMaintain the order quantity to oversea and domestic suppliers in relation with Production Planning, Customer Service, Strategic purchasing and Sales department through S&OP meetingSupport the trade compliance to comply all export/import business with APAC teamExecute other tasks and/or related duties assigned by manager based on the business needsManage inventory amount and inventory turn included goods in transit, supplier consignment stockManage SLOB inventory, conduct SLOB meeting with each sales department to mitigate SLOB inventory and report to APACControl demand / supply, lead to solve urgent deliveryLead ad/hoc projects to improve operation processLead ISO certification applicationEducation Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related fieldMinimum 5 years professional level of managing experiences of purchase and/or supply chain fieldTechnical Competence & Skills:
Strong negotiation skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and written in Japanese and EnglishMore than 5 years of experience managing the team to the success of the businessOver 5 years of procurement and/or supply chain management experience in manufacturing businessLeadership Competence:
