The opportunity:
We are seeking a strategic Procurement Manager to join our Global Procurement & Payments (GPP) team. As the primary point of contact for Asia Regional Office (ARO) procurement, you will play a critical role throughout the sourcing and contracting process, while supporting key global initiatives for the ARO. You will work closely with ARO business leaders and the global procurement team to ensure adherence to procurement processes, and alignment with global sourcing strategies and best practices.
What you will do:
Manage the entire procurement cycle for ARO, from sourcing through contract finalization.Support global lead in sourcing strategic sourcing events such as RFx’s and renewals.Collaborate with legal, business stakeholders and governance teams to execute contracts.Negotiate and resolve procurement issues with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to agreements.Publish and maintain up-to-date regional procurement policies and procedures, while monitoring and promoting adherence to these guidelines.Maintain contract and vendor database, and track renewals and supplier spend.Ensure all related governance processes/policies are adhered to and completed prior to vendor onboarding.Participate in key global initiatives such as system implementations.What you will need to succeed:
