About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Project Lead to oversee the development and execution of procurement strategy initiatives within our organization. As the Project Lead - Procurement Strategy & Development, you will be responsible for identifying improvement areas, driving efficiency enhancements, and leading global change management projects that align with our overall mission and vision. Your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, achieve targeted improvement results, and drive stakeholder alignment will be key to the success of this role. In this role you will lead cross functional strategic and substantial improvement projects, driving change within the procurement organization in order to establish a best in class and innovative working environment.
What You Will Do
What You Need
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field.5-8 years of relevant business experience within procurement or surrounding functionsProven experience in leading strategic projects or initiatives within a procurement or related function.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent coordination and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels of management.Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present to senior-level management.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targeted improvement outcomes.Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skillsStrong stakeholder management skills and ability to mediate between conflicted partiesStrong presentation skillsWhat is Nice to Have
