**What you´ll do**
+ Manage and lead the North America SBU Regulatory (SBU = Strategic Business Unit) team to ensure full regulatory compliance of products sold in North America
+ Continually monitor customer requests regarding product safety, health and exposure issues
+ Lead and coordinate team to ensure regulatory customer requests are responded to in accordance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
+ Ensure that all Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs documents relating to SBU are updated to the latest regulations
+ Participate in Regulatory Associations to stay up to date in chemical control regulations and hazard classifications
+ Monitor defined KPIs for the SBU Regulatory team to ensure regulatory compliance
+ Ensure that Product Development, Product Management, and other relevant stakeholders are informed about upcoming regulatory issues impacting SBU products
+ Assist and collaborate with other Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs groups globally, as well as the Corporate Product Safety Group and other stakeholders
**What makes you a good fit**
+ Bachelor/Masters degree in Science or a related discipline
+ Up to 5 years experience in Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs
+ Ability to carefully review and interpret complex regulations for North America
+ Capability to identify issues and develop solutions for regulatory compliance
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
+ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
+ Ability to adapt to evolving regulatory environments and requirements
+ Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external partners
+ Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

The salary for this role is $115,000.00 - $130,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
