About the team
Our Customer Experience Worldpayers are at the heart of it all — enabling us to provide world-class support to customers. Unwavering dedication and full of enthusiasm, they’re always finding ways for us to grow together.
Product Support team is focused to provide excellent level of technical and product support to integrated merchants and partners with Worldpay Total Solution.
Our Team Provides 24/7 L2 Technical Support to Merchants who are using Worldpay Total Products (IPC, IPS, WPT Mobile etc)
What you’ll own
Need to handle a team of 6-7 analyst’s.Ensure the team members are trained/coached and are provided with feedback to ensure they are ready to provide excellent Customer service.Need to handle queries/Issues raised by Merchants based in UK & ROI, via Calls and Emails.It is mandatory to have good oral as well as written communicate skills.Need to audit calls & cases (for Issues/Queries) in salesforce on a weekly basis for all team members.Make sure team members are updating Customers on daily basis against the issues/quires raised by them.Based on Severity or urgency of the issue needs to resolve issues via Remote Desktop session.Need to conduct daily team meeting call or any other calls based on requirement.Need to prepare monthly business review presentation and present it to management.Always be available for Customer & Internal stake holder meetings/calls.Where you’ll own it

What you bring
