We are looking for a Manager Project Enginering who will be based in Karawang.

 

Your ‘day to day’

Assure that all employees under his/her supervision understand and comply with the Company' Sustainability policies and hold the responsibility for the occupational health and safety within his department and implementation of the Sustainability Management Program, by ensuring adherence to the applicable procedures.Contribute to the development and improvement of above cultures/procedures in cooperation with the Sustainability department and managers.Guarantee the quality of current and new products via continuously updated methods and qualification standards in order to introduce new product/processes in line with PMI quality standards, and to deliver expected quality via a competent and adequate qualification process. Contribute to the right specs definition to meet Customer expectations both for new products (Prototyping / Industrialization).Ensure that all projects are implemented according to an approved business case and project plan and that all projects are executed to maximize the performance of the involved process and in a cost-effective way.Prepare proper yearly CAPEX execution plan in order to ensure the expected cash flow established by management. Perform Capex execution plan revisions (RF's) during the year according to management instructions. Manage, coach and motivate staff, organize training programs, ensure qualification matrix compliance and delegate appropriate responsibilities in order to develop personal and technical skills and high performance.Maintain the standardization level of manufacturing equipment by ensuring that no change to the design is executed unless duly validated through centralized change management process. 

Who we’re looking for

University degree in Engineering  (Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, etc). 

 At least 5 years experience in technical/Engineering departments and/or in working managerial position in other function.

Strong project management experience. Formal education in PMPM is a plus.

Fluent in English, both verbal and written
