It is made up of _Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, Creative Direction and Operations_ pillars. The Operations pillar is the function which produces and scales all of Tommy Hilfiger’s global brand content (still, video, PDP, design, copy & guidelines). It’s the resourcing and planning backbone of the _Global Brand Marketing_ organization and makes sure the teams are set up for success in executing the TH Global Brand. Furthermore, it manages all content budgets and is responsible for the systems and processes needed to scale output. **The Position** The Manager Project Management will play a critical role in driving the timely delivery of creative and marketing projects within our internal Brand Design team, ensuring smooth collaboration across various internal teams, and maintaining a clear line of communication with key stakeholders. This position requires a highly organised, proactive individual who can manage creative timelines, remove blockers for teams, and handle complex cross-functional coordination - as well as an excellent understanding of the design, packaging and print process. You will be working across Brand (Graphic) Design covering Identify projects, Digital CRM and Press Kit deliverables, On Product communication and guide lining our campaigns, events and calendar moments in order to scale execution globally. You will partner closely with the Head of Brand Design to nurture a great culture, establish efficient ways of working and bring the team together. **Key Responsibilities** + **Briefs Review:** Liaising with the Operations Manager handling brief intake and resourcing, you will help ensure briefs are clear, comprehensive, and achievable within the time and budget available, before work begins; bringing your expert knowledge in design projects across a range of mediums/media. + **Problem Solving & Support:** Act as a proactive partner to the creative team, identifying potential blockers early and simplifying processes where possible. + For the projects you are managing - you will + Manage kick offs and briefing of creative teams. + Establish and manage creative timelines to ensure all milestones are met and projects stay on track. + Organise and run project meetings, ensuring agendas are set and clear action points are shared afterward. + Share project status with key stakeholders, keeping them updated on progress and managing expectations on deadlines and deliverables.
