Manager, Project Management Office leads a team of corporate project managers and analysts responsible for delivering complex, cross-functional projects across the organization. The Manager will oversee project portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Develops, implements and holds accountable project management standards, methodologies, and tools. Provides leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project managers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a proven track record of successful project delivery. The Manager, PMO will also assist in the process of implementing new clients, new programs related to the Medxcel brand and expansion/reduction of existing customer accounts. This position will be located at Central Office- Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities Department Leadership - 40% Apply knowledge and experience of transition process and project management to oversee day to day activities and provide direction to associates including assigning tasks and ensuring timelines are met. Manage personnel by staffing and scheduling project managers and high-level activities as needed to support all on-going transitions, new customer opportunities and organizational projects. Coach and mentor team members by providing feedback on performance and work habits. Develop and maintain project file systems with applicable data. Customer Transitions - 30% Identify stakeholders and provide timely information to support the change management objectives while ensuring milestones are met. Meet with stakeholders and clients to evaluate program current state and identify implementation needs and site-specific objectives. Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions using change management strategies. Identify and manage potential program impediments. Effectively create and manage timeline for each transition process including operational evaluation tasks, planning preparation, customer conference calls, Go-Live, resource planning, health assessment, startup tasks, and internal coordination of business units. Coordinate with other resources needed for the transition process including but not limited to human resources, training, inventory team, IT, call center, procurement, administration, operations, etc. Ensure data collection and documentation. Project Management- 30% Create and implement project plans and execution of projects as needed. Handle project scope change and issues and escalate through the appropriate channel. Maintain direct and open interaction with functional departments to make sure all resources needed for the project are available. Give clear and unbiased assessment of the movement and nature of projects in relations to scope, schedule and budget. Determine the appropriate time to make advancement on projects and move on to further stages; acknowledge when strategies aren’t effective and implement change of plans. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably business or healthcare related; or minimum of 2 years of college and 10+ years managing complex projects in a corporate setting in lieu of degree- required. MBA, Master’s Degree in related field- preferred. License/Certification: PMP Certification-preferred. ITIL-preferred. Six Sigma Black Belt-preferred. Experience: 7-10 years Project Management experience- required. 3+ years of experience supervising high performing associates-required. 5+ years of experience in customer facing roles or managing projects with C-suite/organizational leadership collaboration-required. Prior experience in Facilities Management or Healthcare-preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strategic Leadership: Aligns project portfolios with company strategy, identifies opportunities for improvement, and drives innovation. Team Management: Recruits, develops, and leads a high-performing team of project managers with accountability measures . Provides coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback. Project Oversight: Monitors project progress, identifies risks, and takes corrective action to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Process Improvement: Develops and implements project management best practices, tools, and templates to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Stakeholder Management: Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, and technical teams, to ensure project success. Financial Management: Manages project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize resource utilization and minimize costs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, including technology, tools, and processes. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, Visio, and web technologies required. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Demonstrate knowledge of continuous improvement, lean, or six sigma initiatives. Travel Required: 0 - 25%. #MFMCNRE
