Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Salesforce technologies and a strong background in Life and Annuities Insurance. This hybrid role requires proficiency in English and offers a day shift schedule with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to Life and Annuities Insurance requirements. Oversee the customization and development of SFDC applications to meet business needs. Provide technical guidance on SFDC Identity and Security to ensure robust and secure solutions. Manage Salesforce Experience Cloud projects to enhance customer engagement and experience. Implement SFDC Sharing and Visibility rules to maintain data integrity and security. Drive Salesforce DevOPS practices to streamline deployment and integration processes. Oversee SFDC Data management to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems. Utilize SFDC Lightning to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces. Integrate SFDC solutions with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow. Configure SFDC settings to align with business processes and requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Salesforce development. Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance to enhance user experience.

Qualifications

Possess a deep understanding of SFDC Identity and Security. Demonstrate expertise in SFDC Development and Customization. Have hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud. Be proficient in SFDC Sharing and Visibility. Show proficiency in Salesforce DevOPS practices. Have strong skills in SFDC Data management. Be experienced in SFDC Lightning development. Have a solid understanding of SFDC Integration techniques. Be skilled in SFDC Configuration. Have domain expertise in Life and Annuities Insurance. Be fluent in English (Read/Write Speak). Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration abilities.
