Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Infra Developer with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in GITHUB GitOps GitLab Bitbucket and GIT. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and does not require travel. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our infrastructure ensuring seamless integration and continuous delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and maintenance of infrastructure using GITHUB GitOps GitLab Bitbucket and GIT.Oversee the implementation of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.Provide technical expertise in version control systems and ensure best practices are followed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions.Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline infrastructure management tasks.Ensure security and compliance standards are met across all infrastructure components.Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner.Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.Contribute to the development of infrastructure-related documentation and knowledge base.Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications

Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure development and management.Demonstrate extensive experience with GITHUB GitOps GitLab Bitbucket and GIT.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.Have a strong understanding of security and compliance standards.Be familiar with automation tools and scripting languages.Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.Have experience working in a hybrid work model.Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential infrastructure challenges.
