Job Description:

· Provide expert-level consulting services for SAP Cloud ALM implementation, configuration, and optimization.

· Collaborate with customers to define and document business requirements, objectives, and scope for SAP Cloud ALM projects.

· Design, develop, and implement SAP Cloud ALM solutions aligned with customer's business processes and objectives.

· Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting activities for smooth operation and optimal performance of SAP Cloud ALM.

Qualifications (this is a must for handling CoE activities):

· 8+ years of SAP experience and SAP Certified Technology Associate in SAP Solution Manager.

· Strong understanding of SAP solution architecture and experience in integrating SAP Cloud ALM with various SAP applications.

· Experience in delivering workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
