Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic candidate who has hands on experience working on CRM tools project/program management oversee different technical projects within larger team.


Responsibilities

Build & execute end-to-end project plan for special projects that use Google tools & technologies to improve operations & save efforts

Oversee different tech & non-tech projects within the larger support team to ensure they are integrated closely with each other resulting in high customer satisfaction & low turnaround times

Escalation Management (revamping the escalation process assist with comms resolution and the postmortems)

Closely collaborate with Zendesk & Looker experts on building data pipelines necessary to gather operational data for general support & program support

Continuous Improvement (Work with Process Excellence teams to identify areas of improvement inefficiency and CSAT & help execute solutions)
