Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure IoT Edge and Embedded Systems using C/C++. Experience in Finance & Accounting or Industrial Manufacturing domains is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive innovation and contribute to impactful projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of embedded systems using C/C++ to ensure high performance and reliability.Oversee the implementation of Azure IoT Edge solutions to enhance connectivity and data processing capabilities.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IoT solutions with existing systems and processes.Ensure the security and scalability of IoT solutions to meet the companys long-term goals.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve and innovate solutions.Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.Contribute to the companys purpose by developing solutions that have a positive impact on society and the environment.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain the integrity and security of solutions.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Azure IoT Edge and Embedded Systems using C/C++.Demonstrate experience in Finance & Accounting or Industrial Manufacturing domains is a plus.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Show proficiency in project planning and management to ensure timely and successful delivery.Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Have a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
