One California (https://youtu.be/RrPuiSnALJY?si=pvQgPZ6ZWZM60TPV) **Responsibilities** *****This position is remote.** **Position Summary:** The Provider Data Management Manager serves as the business owner of Visual Cactus, the designated provider data database/system, ensuring accuracy and integrity of relevant provider data. This role is responsible for overseeing the collection, maintenance, and governance of provider data, while also leading a team of Provider Data Analysts. The Manager will work closely with IT, compliance, and other departments to optimize the provider data system and ensure it meets the organization's needs and regulatory requirement. The Manager consults and collaborates with other managers, departments, and the VP of Network Management regarding departmental activities or initiatives. The Manager is responsible for all performance management activities, including hiring, training or disciplinary issues. This position will conduct, lead, facilitate, or participate in staff meetings, and interdepartmental meetings. The Manager will provide inputs to the development of the departmental operating budget, and monitor scheduling and expenditures to verify that the department is operating within the established business plan. This position reviews documentation or provider data for the purposes of reporting, trending, opportunity identification or validation of compliance as indicated. The Manager guides department operations according to the organizational objectives, National PHSO strategy, standards of practice and Federal and State Regulations and accrediting body active within the team. Finally, this role will also work with other network development teams to support provider data management across the CommonSpirit enterprise, including contracting and credentialing teams, to complete requests and support network operations. In addition, this role will support local Value Hubs in provider data management and will be responsible for leading end-to-end data management initiatives, tailored to the specific resourcing and needs of each Value Hub. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree or experience equivalent required - 3 to 5 years experience in database management, preferably in the healthcare industry - At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory position - Budgeting experience - Knowledge of value-based care, provider network operations **Preferred Qualifications:** - Preferred candidates will have demonstrated experience in utilizing SQL Server for database management as well as Visual Cactus for healthcare provider data management **Pay Range** $44.73 - $64.85 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
