Direct improvements in the quality management system to meet customer expectations and grow the business model. **Detailed Description:** List the primary duties and responsibilities required to perform this job in order of importance; typically 4 to 6 key responsibilities. + Manage and execute the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) + Direct the activities of the quality department + Manage a corrective action process to address quality issues + Lead communication with customers and suppliers to resolve questions and define corrective actions + Develop plans for the Quality Management System to expand and support business growth + Report the performance of the operation using statistical processes + Devise ways to continually improve the quality control process to ensure higher-quality goods + Keep accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis + Participate and/or lead ISO standard implementation projects for the region (ISO 13485, 14001, 45001 etc) + Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures. _Wesco International, Inc., including its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Wesco”) provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
