Job Overview:

The Manager Quality Operations (On-Site) requires an in-depth understanding of Operations concepts, theories,  principles, and basic knowledge of other related disciplines. They must be able to apply an understanding of the industry to improve effectiveness, provide guidance, and influence processes and policies for the Operations discipline, as well as identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems that impact effectiveness. The Manager Quality Operations impacts the level of service and the Operations team’s ability to meet quality and timeliness objectives. Policies, resource requirements, budgets, and the business plan should guide decisions made by the Manager Quality Operations.
