The role is responsible for managing Customer Service and Logistics Operations of the Region.
_CFA & Transport Management_
+ _Manage CFA operation of the Region_
+ _Ensure statutory compliance at CFAs_
+ _Responsible for infrastructure upgradation of CFAs in line with business need_
+ _Ensure compliance on distribution & quality SOPs_
+ _Source transporters for secondary distribution_
+ _Process payments of CFAs and transporters_
+ _Identify and drive M&P initiatives and service level improvement opportunities_
_Stock Management_
+ _Ensure stock replenishment at CFA as per forecast by co-ordinating with Distribution Planning Manager_
+ _Monitor FEFO & stock freshness at CFAs_
+ _Ensure timely disposal of market return damages & expiries_
_Budgeting & Spend Management_
+ _Responsible for preparing Distribution Budget for the region and tracking budget vs spend_
+ _Responsible for rate negotiation with C&FAs, warehouse agencies and transporters_
_Customer Service_
+ _Single point regional co-ordinator for SC related queries_
+ _Oversee POSM distribution and sharing of information to sales team_
+ _Ensure adherence to SLAs with internal and external stakeholders_
