The Manager Regional Services role you will provide leadership and management of assets in the area and be accountable for managing the Operating Facilities Maintenance, Communications Systems, and Maintenance Management Systems. Here’s what you will do:
Manages and directs the operating facilities maintenance
Locally coordinates TIS functions, Communications systems, and Pipeline and Terminal Control Systems (SCADA)
Oversees compliance with regulatory requirements on all facility assets dictated by maintenance and inspection protocols, coordinate internal and external resources.
Oversee the Maintenance Management System, complementing medium to long term planning on asset utilization and performance enhancements.
Supports the operating facilities with budget input and forecasting long-term investment plans, execution plans, inclusion of SMEs and external specialized resources.
Coordinates with engineering and commercial department on project developments; evaluating value propositions on adding assets, complementing, installing new assets and overall asset performance and reliability effects on planning.

Marine Loading Arms
Vapor Recovery Systems
Marine Terminal Operations
Stop operation if non-conformance should arise that warrant such action.
Vetting and supervision for validity of third-party inspections
Guides Directors, peers and Facility Manager on reviews on company policies and procedures specific to marine terminals on a defined frequency.
Ensures that non-conformance activities, customer complaints, accident /incident are investigated, and appropriate corrective/preventive actions taken to prevent reoccurrences.
Participates in internal audits from a maintenance, asset integrity, performance, reliability, and SME perspective.
Analyzes levels of services and identify possibilities of improvements and makes recommendations.
Encourage and initiate program to improve any potential safety and health hazard conditions.
Who you are:
You have the following:
Required:
Related university degree and ten‐plus years’ experience OR fifteen‐plus years of previous related experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
Knowledge of Operations, Maintenance, Project Management, HSSE Coordination, and other terminal specific functions.
Proven ability to perform associated tasks.
Familiar with engineering and maintenance practices.
Self-motivated, proven effective leadership and communication skills
Relationship building skills with employees, peers, public officials, and stakeholders.
Trained in the following:
NFPA 70E
OSHA 30
Fire Training
Hazwoper 24
Omni Flow Computers training (USA)
Kanon Marine Loading Arms training (USA/Netherlands)
DCS and SCADA systems
Working Conditions:
Office environment at EIEC with regular travel to Houston and EHOT office.
Occasional travel outside the Region.
Position requires calm, quick decision making under intense conditions.
Frequent deadlines imposed for ad-hoc type requests and initiatives.
Time commitments often extend beyond normal working hours.

Physical Requirements:
Include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 45 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement. Mobility to walk in outdoor conditions that occasionally involve uneven and slippery terrain and to enter and exit excavations. Agility with the ability to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and other devices using feet and legs, and/or hands and arms.
