Job overview

This is a vital role within Diebold Nixdorf that requires experience in Product Repair, Service Operations, Service Logistics with strong leadership experience.  We are expanding our Milton Keynes site to incorporate the technical repair function which will be in addition to Warehousing, Staging and Project Services, creating an ‘under one roof’ flagship service facility in the UK. The Repair Manager will lead a team of direct and indirect staff to deliver high performance from this vital business area.  Responsible for ensuring the repair team repair and test mechanical, electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies to an industry leading standard, meeting the OEM guidelines to support delivery of exceptional service to our customers.  The role will be accountable for the operational and commercial performance of the Repair Facility in every aspect, meeting demand profiles on and time within budget.
