Manager of Respiratory Position Summary
The Manager of Respiratory Care has responsibility for the planning, organization, direction, control, and evaluation of all phases of Respiratory Care and Neurology. The Manager is responsible for coordination of Respiratory Care and Neurology Educational program either internally or externally for the hospital.

Education
Graduate of a 4-year Respiratory Therapy Program with B.S. degree Master’s in healthcare administration or MBA preferredExperience
6-8 years’ experience in the field of Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine with at least four (4) years’ experience in supervision under medical direction.Required License and/or Certification
Has successfully completed the certification examination administered by the National Board for Respiratory Care and is a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). They are licensed by the Maryland Board of Physician Quality Assurance to work as a Respiratory Care Practitioner. They are licensed by the Delaware Division of Professional Regulation to work as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.Manager of Respiratory Benefits
