Manager Restaurant- Full Time, Superfrico (Caesars Atlantic City)

Requires New Jersey Casino License.

REPORTS TO: Director Food & Beverage

JOB SUMMARY: 

Manages all activities of the casual dining outlets and in room dining that contribute to 100% guest satisfaction.

 

DIRECTLY SUPERVISES:

Assistant Manager Restaurant

Service Person Pre-Apprentice

Restaurant Trainee Supervisor              

Manager Restaurant Shift

 

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

Assists with designing creative menus with consolidation to cost, quality and presentation Demonstrate excellent customer relation skills and ability to market the outlet Maintain staffing levels and schedules to ensure a cost efficient, productive environment Participates in the financial operating and capital planning process and makes recommendations that achieve desired financial results Analyze and understand market research as it applies to the Food & Beverage operation Requisition all supplies for the outlets Ensure adherence to all Board of Health standards Endorses the business and service objectives, ethics and values of the company Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficiency of operation and the highest degree of customer satisfaction Ensure that all guest complaints are handled in a courteous and professional manner Ensure staff behavior and appearance are in compliance with established policy

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

College degree, two-year culinary degree or equivalent work experience required. Two year’s work experience in full service or high-volume restaurant. Basic knowledge in all phases of restaurant management. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong leadership, communication and management skills Excellent planning and public relation skills

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
