Join our team in beautiful Naples, FL, and become part of a dynamic, supportive environment where you can grow and make a meaningful impact! **Position Overview:** We are seeking a skilled **Manager of Risk Management** to oversee and direct the insurance, liability, and risk management activities for the healthcare system. This role is critical to ensuring the safety, compliance, and risk mitigation for our staff, patients, and vendors. As a leader in this area, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care and safety while navigating complex risk management scenarios. **Key Responsibilities:** + Plan, direct, and manage insurance, liability, and risk management processes for staff, patients, and vendors. + Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and enhance patient safety. + Oversee the identification, assessment, and management of risks related to clinical and non-clinical operations. + Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and support teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement. + Lead risk-related investigations, root cause analyses, and the development of corrective action plans. + Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and Federal/State laws and regulations. + Provide education and training to staff on risk management practices and safety protocols. + Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on risk management activities and outcomes. + Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. + 3–5 years of experience in quality and/or risk management in a healthcare setting. + Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and/or Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) is preferred. + Licensed RN is preferred. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written). + Excellent customer service and organizational skills. + High-level critical thinking and problem resolution abilities. + Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, presentations, graphics, and database tools. + In-depth knowledge of Joint Commission standards, Federal/State laws, and regulations. + Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. + Strong presentation and public speaking skills. **Why Join Us?** + Be part of a rapidly growing healthcare system with excellent career advancement opportunities. + Work in a beautiful, vibrant location in Naples, FL. + Join a supportive, family-like team dedicated to excellence in patient care and safety. **What we offer:** Competitive Pay - Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance - Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) - Extended Illness Bank (EIB) - Tuition Reimbursement - Matching 401(k) - Opportunities for Career Advancement - Rewards and Recognition Programs - Additional Discounts and Perks* We look forward to having you as a key member of our team at Physicians Regional Healthcare System, where you’ll make a lasting impact on the safety and quality of care provided to our patients.
