Manager S2P Direct & Product Owner Sap - Decatur, IL
This is a full-time, exempt level position based in Decatur US - North America Headquarters or Erlanger – KY.

Position Summary:
Global Procurement is looking for a highly motivated Source-to-Pay Product Owner to join the team. This strategical role within Procurement will lead the S2P Direct Process standardization globally, ensuring tighter alignment between business needs, End-to-end processes and solutions, certifying our 1ADM program will be implemented in all ADM locations globally, considering all functional requirements needed to run a best in class Source-to-Pay process, oriented to direct procurement.

Job Responsibilities:Lead the team toward the Source-to-Pay vision by focusing the priorities of the Direct Procurement Team, staying aligned to the big picture of the 1ADM S2P Sub-Processes (Direct, Indirect, Accounts Payable) and standard solution.Work with Global Procurement leadership, especially with Global Procurement Direct Vice President and Regional Direct Procurement Leaders to design and execute a process that meets expectations.Confirm the 1ADM Solution stack is truly business-oriented, towards Source-to-Pay vision, by advocating for the team and understanding needs of the users – functional perspective.Make decisions on how the end user experiences the solution and stick to them so that the solution progresses at pace.Design and analyze interdependent Business Processes taking into consideration Source-to-Pay and all other End-to-Ends.Champion the project solution and frame changes in a way that engages and excites the end user community, ensuring process and solution adherence.Required Skills:Ability to create a positive work environment through teamworkAbility to map and understand processes, seeking for standardization and efficiencyAbility to drive consensus and ensure process adherence and solutions’ utilizationAbility to resolve conflicts across multiple parties with conflicting viewsAbility to balance business vision with feasibility of scope.Ability to communicate effectively and professionally to all audiencesAbility to work in a multicultural environment.Ability to work in a quickly changing environment with tight deadlinesAbility to use KPI to drive actions.Strong problem-solving and partnership skills.Background in P2P (Procure-to-Pay), S2C (Source-to-Contract) processesGeneral knowledge of ADM’s business unitsSelf-disciplineAdvance proficiency in MS Office, most notably excel and MS Teams.Travel is around 15% of the timeJob Requirements:Team player at executive levels to collaborate with business units and functional partners such as GT, P2D, PSS, etc. and with our processing facilities.Excellent communication skills and even better listening skills in order to understand the “voice of the internal customer” and to understand the company culture and how to best communicate Source-to-Pay 1ADM’s value to it.Strategic, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset, but also creativity to seek, encourage and find non-traditional approaches.Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or equivalent field3-5 years P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and or S2C (Source-to-Contract) experienceCPSM Certification is a plusMBA is a plusTravel is around 15% of the timeExcited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
