Job DescriptionThe Customer Accounts Manager for Saint Lukes Regional Laboratories is responsible for incorporating regional laboratory market analysis into the strategic direction of SLRL sales and marketing efforts. Responsibilities include analyzing new customer opportunities, identifying marketable technologies for SLRL, liaison to contracted courier organization, liaison for billing services, pricing of laboratory outreach services, customer contract management and overall customer and client satisfaction.Job Requirements
