• Responsible for Direct sales / Business acquisition / Channel Management / Order Execution / Customer Relationship Management / Business Planning and review / Business Information Management.• Lead / enquiry generation, recommendation & selection of products, offer preparation and submission, negotiation, order closure.• Fostering sales growth of Low Voltage Motor Business in OEM, EPC and End User customer segments.• Develop strategy for growth from identified market segment and customers.• Plan and create road map for achievement of given sales targets by analyzing the served market potential and present product portfolio for LV Motors.• Conduct product presentation / Seminars at customer place.• Tracks major opportunities and drives collaboration between regions and various internal departments to increase Siemens strike rate.• Quality and result-oriented, with entrepreneurial spirit and strong customer focus.• Use of IT tools and sales systematic to increase sales efficiency.• Periodic monitoring of gaps in achievements and take corrective actions to reach given targets.• Maintain personal contact with major customers to ensure appropriate level of customer satisfaction is achieved.• Adherence to sales processes and guidelines, obtaining necessary approvals & documentation.• Periodical updating of CRM tool
