Manager - Sales Account
What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our sales team, you will:

Build Relationships: Travel independently to meet with current and potential clients, establishing strong partnerships across all levels of an organization. Exceed Sales Goals: Achieve and surpass monthly sales quotas while negotiating and managing multi-year contracts with major customers. Customer-Centric Focus: Act as an ambassador for your customers, resolving quality issues, addressing complaints, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction. Strategize and Plan: Prepare detailed monthly and annual budgets and forecasts, documenting all data within our software systems. Innovate: Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to create new products tailored to customer needs. Drive Operational Excellence: Work with customer service representatives to ensure accurate order processing, pricing, and service. What You Bring to the Table: A Bachelor’s Degree and 4–6 years of related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently at all organizational levels. A proactive mindset with sound judgment and a talent for problem-solving. A self-driven, polished professional demeanor ready to thrive in a high-energy, dynamic environment.
