Amazon Marketplace is a large and fast-growing business where millions of customers transact with hundreds of thousands of Selling Partners, who range from individuals to large retailers.

We are looking for a bright and ambitious individual to build their career with our Marketplace team as a Team Lead for our Selling Partner recruitment and management team. Our team focuses on recruiting new Selling Partners to our Marketplace and growing the business through working on driving successful program adoption by these Selling Partners and implementing scalable solutions that benefit all of them by reducing the time to their first sale.

You will lead a team of account managers who work directly with Selling Partners and on projects to improve the new seller recruiting overall. You will need to drive improvements in business development conversations in a scalable and self-service format. You will be expected to analyze complex data to identify growth opportunities, coach and develop your team to help them succeed, and work with peers to invent scalable solutions.

Role Objectives

- Manage and develop a team of account managers to deliver on financial goals for Selling Partner recruitment, sales and perfect launch in the Marketplace business.
- Identify opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all Selling Partners through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions, including solving blockers and issues escalated by voice of Sellers and team.
- Financial, marketing and team planning for business reviews and forward looking
- Share learnings with your global counterparts (ME, EU, US and Asia teams) to drive best practices and to identify new opportunities
- Conduct deep dives to understand root cause of team performance and actions to accelerate growth.
