AT&T will not hire any applicants for this role who require employer sponsorship now or in the future_** **Overall Purpose:** Supervise and inspire a dynamic team of inside sales representatives in an Inbound Call Center dedicated to selling our innovative products and providing exceptional customer service. **Key Roles and Responsibilities:** + **Leadership:** Direct and oversee work activities to meet operational requirements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in service delivery while maximizing sales revenue. + **Coaching and Development:** Inspire, coach, and develop your team to excel in telephone sales and service, ensuring that all sales and service goals are met. + **Performance Management:** Monitor and evaluate performance, providing guidance and counsel to ensure high standards are maintained. + **Talent Management:** Influence key decisions regarding the hiring, promotion, and discharge of employees to build a high-performing team. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree preferred. **Experience:** + Expertise in Call Center processes, procedures, and metrics. + Proficiency in sales, coaching, leadership, development, problem-solving, and MS Office. **Supervisory:** Yes Our Managers - Sales Cross Sales earn between $49,500 - $74,300 annually, with the potential to earn an additional $19,000 in yearly commissions if all sales goals are met.
