Manager Sales Operations
**The Sales Operations Manager** plays a critical role in leading and managing all activities related to Inside Sales and Customer Care for Measurement Solutions in the Benelux region. This role ensures exceptional service quality across the entire Quote to Cash & Order Management cycle while driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The position oversees both local teams in the Benelux and remote teams supporting the business from customer service centers in Cluj, Romania, and other locations as needed. If you are an experienced sales and customer care leader with a strong focus on operational efficiency and team development, this opportunity is for you! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Lead and manage the Inside Sales and Customer Care teams to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence; + Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring high-quality quotations, sales order execution, and enhanced service delivery; + Collaborate closely with operations, project execution, and service teams to ensure commitments to customers are met and overall satisfaction is enhanced; + Ensure full operational compliance with legal and company policies, including Trade Compliance, Due Diligence, and Ethical Business guidelines; + Drive continuous improvement by implementing European and Business Unit processes, tools, and standard methodologies, ensuring local applicability + Develop and report operational metrics to supervise team performance against business targets and drive profitability and growth; + Handle customer order-related issues, queries, and complaints efficiently; + Support the hiring process, participate in interviews, and contribute to team development and performance management; + Identify skills gaps and actively support talent development using available performance management tools; + Leverage European Centralized Offices to enhance performance, quality, and cost efficiency; + Ensure project execution methodology is applied to all relevant projects, continuously improving processes for efficiency and speed; + Coach and mentor staff, supporting a culture that encourages growth and aligns individual and team objectives with business goals; + Travel within Europe (e.g., Cluj, Romania) for meetings, training, and project-related assignments as required. **Who You Are:** You are a strategic and goal-oriented leader with strong communication and organizational skills. You excel in managing teams, driving operational improvements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You are proactive, adaptable, and committed to developing people and processes to achieve business success. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor degree or equivalent higher education; + 5-7 years of experience in Direct Sales and Sales Management, including people leadership; + Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions; + Strong administrative and troubleshooting abilities; + Excellent organizational skills for workload planning and time management; + Fluent verbal and written communication in Dutch and English.
