The Role
The Manager, Sales Support will lead a team of analysts supporting Veeva’s North American sellers and customers in opportunity, quote, and renewal management. Your primary responsibility is overseeing the process of creating, approving, and routing order forms for Veeva’s subscription business with quality and speed. An ideal candidate has several years of people leadership experience and has worked in a high-volume SaaS environment in sales or operations.What You'll DoLead and manage a team of 5+ analysts, supporting 20+ sales teamsEnsure accurate opportunity management and processing leveraging Veeva’s CRM and reporting toolsManage inventory of renewals, closing 95%+ in quarterAnalyze complex data sets and share insights with sales and operations leadershipManage special projects (~15% of time)RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experienceExperience managing a team of individual contributors5+ years of combined experience in Sales or Sales supporting function2+ years of experience analyzing complex data sets2+ Years in Software/SaaS environmentExcellent communication (both written and verbal)Nice to HaveProximity to a Veeva OfficePerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $80,000 - $115,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
