The Sales Manager for Unified Communications and  Call Center Solutions (UC/CC) will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by leading a National Overlay team of Sales Specialists to enhance customer relationships and evangelize physical security. This position requires a strong People leader with the ability to build internal relationships.  This individual can build and execute a strategy to grow the portfolio and has a proven track record in sales and a background Complex communication solution both premise and Cloud.

Lead a team of Sales Specialists focused on providing pre-sales support to the sales team to drive profitable revenue consistent with TELUS' capabilities and corporate strategy Leverage your strong business acumen to assess and advance large complex opportunities, including participation in the bid governance process Develop strong partnerships with sales and other key stakeholders to drive strategy refinement and solution development, as well as the enhancement of our pricing, provisioning, service and approval processes Offer thought leadership on the future of technology in our industry including transformation, innovation, visionary trends and practices Act as a strong ambassador for the TELUS organization and uphold the values and behaviors of a leader in the business and throughout the extended community Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Lead with Premier Sales Organization principles

5+ years of leadership experience: Leading successful sales teams with a focus on relationship management. 10+ years of proven sales expertise: In the IT/Security industry or related sectors. Track record of engaging with C-suite stakeholders: Driving impactful outcomes. Developed network of Sr Leaders
