Accountable for landscape management, availability and performance of all SAP systems running on HANA, Oracle and MSSQL DBsCoordinate with different teams in installation, maintenance, and upgrades of SAP systemsSupport SAP systems throughout the lifecycle of projects from time to timeEnsure integrity of SAP systems by designing and applying appropriate security settings.Involve in proactive SAP monitoring and performance tuning of large SAP systems running on Any DatabasesProvide technical upgrades functional and technical enhancementsSolve problems with connectivity, web services, and overall aspects of the SAP solutionInstallation, upgrade and maintenance of HANA, Oracle, SQL databasesCollaborate with Project Managers, Operations team, and service providersHave a complete understanding of the SAP on-premise and cloud environmentAim for continuous improvement as a team member

Job Qualifications

Role Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering or related field required; master’s degree preferred5-8 years of SAP Basis experience that includes at least 2 end to end deployments.2 to 5 years of HANA administration experience in large environments, preferably running SAP Business SuitesAt least 2 years of experience in user management, monitoring and issue diagnosis of HANA databasesYou should have participated in a minimum of 1 deployment of a SAP systemExperience in High availability, disaster recovery, system refreshes and backup mechanismsShould have experience in production supportExperience in deploying S/4 HANAExperience in implementing different High Availability solutions for different landscapesLinux experience SLES, prerequisites for Linux systems, FS, sizing, tuning, issue diagnosis on LinuxSAP notes, support packages, tuning, EWAExperience in Solman 7.2 Focused RunOracle Experience: Oracle 12 and 19c, including SAP on Oracle DBAOracle Data Guard Experience and Managing Oracle data basesMaxDB Operation experienceAbility to lead critical issues involving large-scale SAP systemsAbility to take ownership of work activities and take it to conclusion in a timely and efficient mannerEffective communication, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical multi-functional teams spread across regionsFamiliar with Azure or any additional hyperscale, good interpersonal skills, experience on SAP Sizing and infrastructure.
