Experienced Security Manager responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Security Department and general Security services for the Hospital Campus, Yorkville Campus and other entities of Rush Copley. + High school diploma/GED required; Associate Degree in law enforcement or criminal justice preferred + Minimum 5 years Security or law enforcement management/supervision required + Valid driver’s license required + Previous supervisory experience desired + IAHSS certification of Basic, Advanced, and Supervisory required post hire + Complete de-escalation training through a certified trainer within 90 days of hire Rush is an equal opportunity employer.
