We are seeking a Manager-level Enablement Business Partner to lead the strategy and execution of targeted enablement to the field. This leader will be a trusted advisor to Sales Leaders, identifying opportunities to design & deliver world-class enablement solutions, advocating for the specific needs of the sellers and co-creating programs that align with the Global business priorities along with Field Sales objectives.

The successful candidate will excel at leveraging metrics & analysis to identify areas of opportunity, providing thought leadership, sharing the needs for relevant global programs, creating the design of curated enablement programs, and collaborating on the evolution of the MuleSoft onboarding experience to ensure our new hires are set up for a quick and successful start. This role will partner closely with stakeholders across Sales leadership, MuleSoft & Salesforce Global Enablement as well as the larger COO Org. Success will be measured via AE and Leader productivity and improvement against key metrics co-defined by the Sales and Enablement leadership teams.

This is a unique opportunity to join a team of enablement leaders that are defining what great enablement looks like. This role is a crucial member of the Enablement Business Partner team. This position will be located in San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta or New York.

Responsibilities:Foster SVP-Level Partnership and act as the subject matter expert as it relates to your function’s enablement prioritiesEffectively manage stakeholder expectations while prioritizing MuleSoft Enablement and business prioritiesConduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to determine enablement priorities and design a tailored enablement plan accordinglyPartner closely with Sales Programs and Sales Strategy to educate and activate against key global programs and regularly report results to key business stakeholdersImplement programs and cadences designed to drive pipeline & collaboration across the MuleSoft & Salesforce Field Sales teamsBe a subject matter expert in our MuleSoft sales processLeverage Subject Matter Experts to deliver training (virtually and in person) across multiple locations and teams, facilitating successful deliveryIdentify best practices and distribute learnings globallyProvide thought leadership on enablement rollout strategies and messaging certificationsPartner with the Enablement Business Partner leadership team to own ongoing MuleSoft leader enablementSupport ongoing operating rhythms and business reviewsRequirements:5+ years in enablement, sales or sales management, or sales productivity. Account Executive/Sales experience a strong plus!Experience influencing senior leaders to achieve business outcomesStrong executive presence, communication, and influence skillsStrong collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skillsComfortable presenting in front of large groups and in 1:1 settings with senior leadersProven track record of producing and hosting educational events, driving adoption, and measuring the impact of enablement programs.Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly, to new demands; a high sense of urgency and comfortable with ambiguityDemonstrated leadership in delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional teamsAbility to conduct analyses and translate results to easily digestible communications including messages and presentationsAbility to travel to various Hub locations if required

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $138,800 to $233,200.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $138,800 to $233,200.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $213,800.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
