 What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

Responsible for overseeing the HR Employee Experience team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services across Newfold’s global employee population. This role involves managing day to day HR operations, optimizing HR processes, and providing exceptional experiences throughout the employee lifecycle.

Lead the employee experience team providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.  Foster a positive, collaborative environment to support achievement of the team’s goals. 

Oversee day to day HR operations including employee query management, onboarding and offboarding, compliance and audits, benefits administration, and HR data management.

Manage responses to employee inquiries related to HR services ensuring adherence to service level agreements.  Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.  Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organization.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to streamline HR operations, leveraging technology.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency. 

Monitor and analyze metrics to drive data-informed decision making.

Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.  Manage reporting and audits.

Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to ensure a cohesive HR service delivery.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

5+ years of experience in HR management with a focus on HR operations or shared services.

Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices. 

Exceptional leadership, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong customer orientation and commitment to continuous improvement.
